domain Bulk Real Estate .com : Good for current US Real Estate Market?

Hello,

I've had BulkRealEstate.com for a little while now and have recently heard the term used on some talk shows and tv news programs.
With the current US real estate slump, they talk about how homeowners and companies are selling houses and properties in bulk with deals like "buy one get one free" and other group/bulk discounts.

I'm wondering what you guys might value BulkRealEstate.com at and if you think it's a good name for the current housing market in the US. Also let me know if you have any good development ideas or leeds.

Good thinking ahead with this name! I am sure some real estate agent,broker,etc...would be able to use this name,with all of the "bulk"available.

I can imagine large institutions doing bulk sales to other large companies, but it is not a term I would expect to mean much to most individual investors. "Bulk" works if you can buy a truckload of something you can sell on Ebay; but each piece of real estate comes with a unique legal description, unique location, unique issues etc. It doesn't "Bulk" up well.
