No matter the extension, this is a hot keyword.
However, there hasn't been any reported sales on Namebio in .insure extension.
I would be skeptical determining a price for this so I would go with estibot and valuate appraisal at around a $100 only.

However, I would price it atleast $500 should I be in your place and won't take a deal below that even if I end up not selling it at all.

Agree with @Arpit131 that a super hot word no matter the extension, and I can see the logic of combining this extension - like buying insurance and paying with BTC, or perhaps pay insurance against losses in BTC value if any company dares provide that, etc.

With just about 5000 registrations, and only 2 sites in Alexa top 1M, hard to say whether insure will catch on. Namestat show a sale of cars*insure at $86 which seems pretty low for that combination! Good luck with it @Kazzia !

Overall, most data suggests that the domain is worth just about $5,050 to end-user and only $1,050 to reseller. BTC and .insure extension works amazingly well together and could be used as multi-purpose.
