Browser differences

my site looks different in browsers other than IE. the left bar, main, and right bar are shifted to the right, for some reason. does anyone know if there is a fix for this? or do i need to do a full redesign of the layout?

anyone out there know how to fix this? please help!

Edit: Yea it needs to be recoded for full browser compatibility.

i was told that if you use CSS sheets they help out alot in keeping the page how u sliced it :D
