I'm usually quite against "and" domains as usually people tend to search for one thing OR the other so the domain ends up being diluted and weak for both terms.

That being said .. this one isn't horrible. But as a call to action I'm not sure what it could be used for. While "Browsing" technically is an action ... it doesn't really give off a feeling of urgency or something you'd really want to do .. it's just like "yeah .. come browse here .. if you have nothing better to do". SearchAndGo, ShopAndGo or even ClickAndGo would be similar calls to action I could see working much better .. I have a hard time seeing any potential end user really wanting this one.
