very commercial. Brownie.com redirects to brownies.com as does brownies.net. The business there sells brownies. The plural is worth more and there is competition for development with a business already owning related domains. That said, maybe they would be interested in the name. The competition aspect might put off other buyers interested in starting a brownie business but you never know. I think in the mid 1000s would be good.
