Anyone else notice that toby had a TM domain in his newsletter this morning?

This is the kind of thing I found once on other brokers (not TC)

If we do own a trademark infringing domain name, we reserve the right and may have plans to develop the domain name into a website featuring reviews, spoofs, criticisms, parodies, political protest or other content that would be protected from trademark infringement.

If only that's how it worked.

Toby Clements just has a simple disclaimer on his site.

Seems even typos aren't his fault. Maybe I should try and sell some nice IDNs ...
