I'd say that it's worth less... The two words just don't seem to mesh together IMHO. It will all depend on who the buyer is... Good luck with it.

Unless the domain has an established PR or backlinks, I don't see it fetching $500 IMHO. Brilliant + Cars not a widely used combination in search terms and "brilliantcars" (even with space) returns no result using overture tools. Google however returns 11,500,000 for "brilliant cars" with the .co.uk extension currently occupying topslot. If you develop the site then its very likely your .com would go first for that search term.

Development wise, the uses are pretty obvious... showcasing top cars/models/mods - having a forum maybe for discussion (always lots to discuss and opinions vary on who likes what and who thinks what is best etc).

Undeveloped, I'd value it at high $xx to a reseller. End user potential would be much higher, I suggest you contact the owners of the .co.uk and see if they are interested (maybe a bit of research on them first so you estimate what they are likely to pay if anything).

Brilliant is not really a term people would normally use to refer to cars. But this could work with proper branding and development. I'd say it's at low $xx undeveloped.
