I agree with rage. I don't think it's the greatest for an adult site because you hardly see "breast" in adult sites. MAYBE for plastic surgery, but I think someone would sooner look for plastic surgery sites than search for "breast size" trying to find a plastic surgeon, so that may take a lot of branding work to make happen. Rage's idea would be what I would suggest for it. Good luck.
