I'm looking for a PHP developer to develop a PHP/MySQL interface for www.brawl.com.

Nothing major...here are some of the requirements:
INSERT NEW CLIP PROCESS:

- Each media clip needs to have a rating (1-10) that
the site admin can assign when adding a clip (drop down menu)
- Each media clip needs to have a length (in minutes and seconds)
that the site admin can assign when adding a clip (minute field and second field)
- Each clip must have an 80(w)x60(h) image that will automatically upload the image
to the "/fightpics/" directory on the server when selected
- Each clip needs to have a category field that the admin can assign
when adding a clip (drop down menu)
- Each clip needs to have a keyword field that the admin can assign
when adding a clip
- Date added (automatically assigned, but the admin should be able to change it)
EACH MEDIA PAGE:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Will have 1-10 clips on it which is set by admin and can be changes at will
- Each media page needs to have a "next" and "previous" button
- Each media page needs to have the rating displayed
- Each media page needs to have the length displayed
- Each media page needs to display the category for the clip
- Each media page needs to have a customized header and footer
that the admin can change at will
OPTIONS:

- Search option based on category
- Search option based on keywords
- Search option based on rating (list highest rated first)
- Search option based on length (longest first)
- Search option based on date added (newest first)
ADMIN CONTROL PANEL:

- "Site News" page that can be easily edited from the admin control panel
- "Background Color" setting that can be easily edited from the admin control panel
