Yep, regfee. I just dont see anybody starting a site "brand new store".

Here's my advice. If you want to invest in domain names with the intent of RESELLING....don't register available names (seriously there's no use if you want to make significant resale profits)...use that money you got from that sale of IDlock and get one or two good names.
