It's reg fee. Although it has decent search volume, but it has zero commercial appeal which is reflected by the CPC of $0.15. If it's other extension such as .com or .net you might be able to sell it as brandable name but not a .info. You might be able to sell it to someone name Brandie to use as their personal homepage or blog?
