So I have a few names at BB and I would like to remove a few of them from their marketplace because I will market them myself as I haven't received any offers on BB for over 6 months..

My question is how can I remove domains from their marketplace? I sent them an email and no response for almost a week.. Any advice?

I submitted a domain a few days ago and no response yet. They must be really busy this week. You might try calling their phone number and speaking with them that way. It's located on the left sidebar Menu

I contacted them last week about removing a domain I no longer had ownership of, through their support section. Had it removed within the hour.

I must say, they were quick and real helpful.

Now I got a response.. The first time I just an email to info@ but now I went through the support ticket system and they replied. Their marketplace is just too crowded.. If they would have any upgrades available that would make it better but as it is, I won't be submitting more names to them..

I totally agree, though what updates are you referring to?

In an interview they said that their research shows little to no improvement in sales with paid upgrades. This is because customers to BrandBucket want to be able to search the Brands easily without unrelated names being forced to the top.
