bowsbowsbows.com. So i have had this domain for several years. I used to have a website that sold hairbows. I now have it parked. I had been considering selling it so when renewing with Godaddy I clicked the appraisal button. It came back as $25k-$30K. So now I am on a hunt to find out if this is anywhere near a realistic price. I was thinking it would be most valuable to an archery bow business.

Using automated appraisals are useless and only create false hopes.

Sorry to tell you but the name is worth between $0 and maybe a couple bucks.

BowsBows.com is available right now for $10.99 at Godaddy and its shorter and easier to brand.

So that should give you a clear indication of the value of BowsBowsBows.

Thanks for the reply. I assumed as much, but hoped for more.

I think I could sell it for more than $10 in the hairbow market. Bowsbowsbows is a tag line used a lot. Which is why we used it. You can google bowsbowsbows (one word). Does that change your opinion? Maybe $50? Like everything else, only worth what someone will pay.

I may not be as expereinced, but I do not agree with the above poster. Bowsbows.com i don't think would nearly be as easy to brand as your domain. When exclaimed a lot of times things will be said in triplicate, where-as if you had partners with the same name you could do something such as smithsmith.

I do agree that the estimator is high at 25-30k, though. If you're curious, find the minimum you'd let it go for, and list it for that much. It might go higher, who knows. But the determining factor is whether or not someone is willing to pay for it. You might have a better chance nearing the xmas holidays, as people are wrapping things, a start-up might be interested more so then, than they would in the dead of summer.

Just my 2 cents.
