I would try to stay away from names that are still available in the .net and all other extensions. Botpizza.com is not developed. That means there is not really an end user out there.

I would try to stick with names that are registered in multiple extensions and that have end users. That way you will have a better chance of making a sale.

I wanted the single word Bot.com but is taken. So now I have the opportunity to own a bot.pizza. Hot.pizza is great name... It's brandable..and short ..

I'm completely convinced since I was a small child that bots will eventually do almost everything for mankind, even make our pizza.

The match with .pizza is a little specialized and discounts all other cuisines. botcook.com and botchef.com are only recently reg'd so you are a little bit late this time.

I thought bot word is really cool; so I choose that name for pizza. Wow!

I''m already aware of delivery robots but pizza delivered by robots will not make them taste any better.

Pizza.Bot is more appropriate domain for this particular purpose.
