There are lot of suffice "Zone" domains sold like TechZone, MusicZone for good price but they are larger words like Tech or Music. City + Zone would have been better.
The .net and .org are available for BostonZone.
But considering age of domain which is 12 years old and strong Zone keyword, I think mid $xxx for domainer or above $xxxx for end user.

I agree. Its not a great name. A good buildout name, but on its own, a very limited market given that its not unique enough.
