For general resale, I think the value is very low. However, when you say it has "potential," I agree. Seems like all the similar names (and there are many similar iterations) are taken, undeveloped, and simply parked. As such, a little development will make the site stand out above the rest-- increasing both its monetization potential and resale value. In any case, I don't think you're going to get rich on this one. best wishes.

Maybe an idea for development....

How about a site dedicated to getting messages to consumers in the boston area?

Basic terms.... sell directory space and ad space to local and national shops in Boston. Try and reach out to all consumers in the Bostom area.

Just an idea.

I live in Boston. I think its good. Maybe a site with maps by catagorey. Ohh PLEASE list stors by proximity to a T stop. I use the T only and its hard to know whats shops are near what stops w/o acually visiting all of them.

I would say mid xx resale but much much more developed.
