Just got hold of this - what are your thoughts on value and natural traffic?

Whatever, without traffic, mid-high xxx$ I think
the hypen retires a lot of his value...

There's no traffic at the mo cos the site is completely undeveloped - just wanted to know what people think as I'm thinking of developing it. I just think with 201000 keyphrase hits a month it must be worth doing.

Does anyone else have any thoughts?
