I have received an offer from an investor saying he to buy one my Domain at a very high $xxxx, but he wanted me to give him a manual valuation, here is part of his email to me:
"It's a standard practice to show independent valuation

What do you think, Bogus or not? and is it really part of sale a Domain?

Jesus have these fools who try and scam getting you to pay for an appraisal on your own domain back again... i thought they had all been hung drawn and quatered.

Yes its a scam a couple of years ago mailboxes where full of these..

Sorry to hear you got one my friend, i know it makes your heart flutter thinking woohoo big sale but then common sense cuts in and makes you think hmmmm.. Keep hanging in you will get that magical genuine big sale one day
