domain BodTeas . com appraisal

Curious what yalls take is on this domain. It's only about a week old with no work done currently. I was thinking about either flipping it, marketing it with social media then selling, or outright building it up as a health/fitness/nutrition company, then selling when I'm bored since these subjects aren't the biggest part of my life at the moment.

With this information what would yall value it at?

IMO of the options you mentioned definitely build it up and develop it into a website/business. Flipping the name outright for a lot of money is unlikely but as a developed brand the name is ok. But if you want to market the name and try to sell it then it's worth a shot. Worst case scenario you get little interest and then you can start building!

Buyer can be a collector or he can even be a company owner who wants to buy the domain for his new upcoming brand
I believe its cost can be around 65$- 150$

Thanks for the input. I think the most viable option at the moment is to develop the web into a clean shop with notice to "coming soon", purchase a logo on 48hourlogos, then marketing it out in which ever areas I can. Luckily I have family members that have 500k+ followers in all social media outlets that have said time and time again that if this area fits closely to their image, then they wouldn't mind marketing it on their accounts to help it grow.

Yeah I was thinking around the low $XXX initially for a simple on auction flip. I was just curious if I should purchase hosting, theme, and putting time into deving the website if it would be a (more or less) waste of time or something to actually consider. Thanks for the input.

I'd suggest going on chat and explicitly asking what people think you'd get for the domain in auction. I'm a newbie myself but from what I've seen, you'd get very little if you just put it up for auction. You could still flip the domain by marketing it like you said. Definitely use a reserve/high starting bid if you do choose to auction it. And I wouldn't spend money developing unless you really intended to build a full fledged business selling, reviewing, or marketing teas. Just my humble opinion.

But I encourage you to go all out actively prospecting for buyers, you just may find one and you'll learn a lot whether you sell it or not!

I agree, low XXX is good for this domain. If you get an offer around that I would take it and move on!

Now in yalls opinion, should I throw it up in auction with starting bid at like $150 or park it and have it sit at $400ish and wait to have someone that would be interested come across?
