I can see you having TM issues for this domain unfortunately.

Your best route forward would be to develop a mini site NOT related to BMW on the site before attempting to sell.

Even so, I can't see this domain fetching more than a couple of bucks wholesale.

yeh my dad owns a bmw specialised garage and they sent him a C&D for his website because it had pictures of BMW's on it! They are very touchy with there TM's so watch out!

BMW is fanatical about their brand and have no shortage of C&D letters just waiting to be signed and dated.

Some parking sites will not allow anything related to BMW or with those three letters onto their site, like Sedo.
