http://www.bluraymovies.org is listed on first page of google search results for 'bluray movies' and 'blu-ray movies' and recieving good levels of traffic. This will only increase as bluray becomes more readily available.
I have enquired about the blu-ray TM and have been told that the domain would not face legal action. My own take on this is that Sony and the blu-ray association are only to happy to see the proliferation of blu-ray around the world.
