Looks okay, but there is a verticle scroll bar, not good, need to shorten it up a bit.

Also on the products page, geta 0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED

Color scheme could use some refinement and I think you don't really need frames. You only have four pages and could make them all frameless pages and scroll more smoothly.

Not sure if I like the menu on the right. Some might say it's good because it's different than the norm... I tend to think it's not good when it's different from the norm. It might throw visitors off and make them "uncomfortable" to visit the site.

I would also get rid of the scroll and frames.

Also, add a buffer to the sides so the text doesn't go flush to the edge at the top right.
