Yes I think the blog can greatly increase the price of a domain (especially if the domain is not all that valuable to start with)

could be the difference in getting high xxx vs xx

It depends. If you only have one blog post than its not gonna make much of a difference. If you keep up with it, it could raise the value.

I would like to see a "fresh" color like green, black does not seem very eco friendly.

The black theme is nice, just not sure it fits the theme for ethanol.

well since the domain is really nice ... and your idea makes it worth even more you are looking towards more likey mid xx - xxx price range

the more you develop it ... the value increases ... and like everybody else said the more blog entries it have the more value it have

Cars have been able to run on e85 Ethanol for over 100 years now. However, with the recent proliferation for this fuel in the automotive industry and a push by the big three, especially GM with their new “Live green, go yellow” campaign this is a trend that’s emerging with some ferocity. Keep it up and continue to add quality content and my guess is you’ll see the value rise along with public awareness.
