Yes, the site is relatively new, and no it doesn't have PR yet. These link exchanges will be for you and I to exchange interested members etc. I am just trying to get my blog established in the blogging community, etc.
So, if you are interested in an exchange (in the sidebar under the blogroll area or whatever you call it (I call mine "links" for instance)), post in this thread. You need to include your link, the anchor text and the hover description (if you want). This can either by PMed to me or posted here.
