Blog - Blogging trend?

What is your opinion about Blog domains? Do you think it is still attractive to people? free-blog .com was sold yesterday at Sedo for $760 which is not a great priceIMHO. It looks like France is one Blogging country, what about the U.S, Germany, Japan or Argentina, etc...?

I think that blogs starts to be old, now is time for sites like Youtube etc

Blogs are here to stay. I don't see them going anywhere.

Maybe because I've never heard of a paid blog, but "free blogs" doesn't sound like a common phrase to me. Its OVT is less than 100,000 with blog being over 1 million. Still a good buy though at that price. ANC.com sold at Sedo for $4k a few months ago, and everyone here agreed it was worth a LOT more. Those sales happen and illustrate that good deals are out there waiting to be found.

I think blogging was one idea that took the world by storm and is now slowly withering away, people will eventually get bored of blogs and move over to more dynamic methods as technology progresses,

Whats more dynamic than blogging? I mean, everything is user created content, people can easily add tons of addons which allows them to display streaming video, pictures, games, etc... It's essentially web design for the masses. I dont see it dying out anytime soon.

I love blogs, I started one at my own also.. and starting to make little money from it..

blogs will be here for quite a long time i guess, at least, i wont stop doing it
