Blank Page On Install

Im trying to set up a shopping cart but whe I go to: http://www.vb-skins.net/members/admin/install.php it comes up as a blank page.

Any ideas whats wrong?

what shopping cart r u trying to install?

r u sure that the file install.php exists in members/admin location?

check also the permissions for file execution?

Otherwise, replace the install.php file with the original comes with the package.
