The site is using a technique called "cloaking". They've copied content from your site and others to create a keyword heavy page for the search engines.

I get that bit Ron, but why copy the complete URL..??? I suppose this could act as a backlink for me..??

I believe because you use the full URL in the text on your site. I see at the bottom of your pages in small text.

These content grabbers will grab the text from sites, filter out the links and formatting and use them as they will. The way your site is setup with those URLs as the anchor text in your links, it appears to be content.
