At this point, I don't believe Bitcoins or Cryptocurrencies will sustain as a market, Why? Because the 1% is almost fully vested in the US Dollar, The Pound, The euro, The rupee, The Yen and ect. Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies are not regulated to be earned and spent to make these Governments tax monies. No Government monies, No GO. In my opinion.
It would take a one world currency to make Bitcoin spendable at your local stores, buying cars, houses and ect, on a day to day basis.
Then think of this as well, Their are hackers that can hack into almost anything, How easy would it be for them to hack Bitcoin and cryptocurrency Wallets? Pretty damn easy IMO, Who do you call? The Bitcoin police?
Although their are online stores accepting Bitcoin as payment right now, I expect Governments will block, outlaw and seek to stop the trading of virtual currency. I may be wrong, Time will only tell.
Until then, I wont invest a dime in it, Although good in theory, I see things have escalated quite fast, Now there is a long list of cryptocurrencies, As of right now, cryptocurrency reminds me a lot of the old Ponzi schemes from back in the day.
Although a lot of society from many different countries use plastic= Debit-Credit Cards, Instead of cash. transactions are still governed by the banks of the countries and currencies are reported and controlled by countries treasures.
I don't think the Bitcoin - cryptocurrencies will have worth for purchasing food, cars, homes, They may keep their presence as a way to make purchases on the internet.
I know my domain reg excepts Bitcoin as payment, so if i had bitcoins, I would load up on domain names with em.
Just my 0.2 on the stuff, Remember, I am an older feller, so it takes me time to get used to the new stuff lol
