with all the interest and regulation into the industry - prevents the shady price manipulation by bots and traders... so i guess we are getting to the real value of the coins... just not sure where the bottom is

The price decline was expected and likely will be ongoing what with some nations banning bitcoins, and Google Facebook and others now banning crypto related ads. Not being able to monetize with their advertising on a website is a giant size negative.

imo, the support area is nearby your prediction at the $5,000 level but I don't think it will hold and price should dip well below chart support areas sooner or later. Actually I believe the current price is surprisingly high in view of the fact websites cannot be monetized using Google or some other important ad providers,

the same was said when it was $19k, now its at $6k

the technology is there and the banks and countries may some day use it, but they dont need bitcoin

bitcoin is not scalable to be widely used
