I don't know about a pure buy/sell crypto based. Registrant are archaic companies. They don't realize that there are a lot of investors who have cryptos and don't know where to put them; buying domains could be a solution for them.
One option can be to buy with Namecheap (which accepts crypto) and sell on Dan.
