XBTC21 stands for BITCOIN 21, one of the altcoins that earned a place on coinmarketcap.com with a market capitalization of $ 124,421.
I have the domain name XBTC21.com. I want to sell it, but I'm still confused how much it costs.

That's a bogus crypto currency. Many of them are fraud.
I personally met some people in crypto later getting to know that they might be running a crypto to raise funds and run away.
I think you shouldn't have any hope with this.
However, hold it for another year just in case an offer comes around by any chance.
If not, drop it after 2 years. Worth the $10 risk.
Outbound not possible on this one though.
