Yes, it gets ~ 50 - 100 a month. And if Bitcoin will become more mainstream in 1-2 years, the typo visitors from bitcoiin.com will be several times more. Bitcoin is still underground. In my opinion it's a nice redirect for e.g. a company that has something to do with bitcoins. If I don't sell it, I will use it as a redirect for my own bitcoin-related project (I already used that to bring typo users for my other non-bitcoin project in the past). It's nice to have additional 100 or more people every month from one typo domain. E.g. let's try to type bitcoim.com and release the Kraken ;D.
