Biotech would have made a great brand, but not biotechs. Biotechs - more of product name (if such exists, e.g. oranges) or group of biotech companies. Biotechs may still sell, but for far less amount. Price range mid $XXX

I agree that biotech would have been really strong, but I have trouble with the aesthetics and descriptive accuracy off biotechs. It would work I guess for a venture capital umbrella company that invested in biotech startups. The exact word 'biotechs' has never sold in the NameBio database in any extension. I feel you will be fortunate to get more than low $$$ for the domain name, and it will be hard to find any buyer at all, but I hope that I am wrong. Good luck with it.

In case there is no inbound offer, I think I will have to put the domain in front of some end-users. I searched for the term "biotechs dot com" on google.
I saw a lot of companies using keywordbiotechs.com
