Here is my appraisal:

Reg fee. No search volume. Zero demand in other extensions. Unless you develop it there is no inherent value in this name. I've heard of bionics but never bionic gadgets...in fact when I google "bionic gadgets" to find the number of pages with that phrase there are less than 10k results, meaning it's not even the commonly used.

I would grace delete it since you registered it today but if you want to keep it then my suggestion is to put a $399 bin on it and if it doesn't sell in a year, let it drop. Good luck!

I could bet you would advice to all in early 2000 drop all crypto domains because there was no search volumen.

We already have a lot of bionic devices in our life: bionic implantants for example hands and legs.
Gadget is a popular word, it is short and from a long time ago we name as gandets all accesories.
So, I dont think I would need to wait too long time.. bionic device are already here and soon will appear accesories (gadgets).
BionicGadgets.com - is short and memorable and it is kind of "category killer"..
This is my opinion, but I want to hear more opinions exept "grace delete it" because it does have a potential.
