People might get confused with Bing the search engine. I certainly got confused.

Bing means a chinese cake, too or (in chinese, also ) can be soldier, ice. And alot of at Wikipedia. So Microsoft must accept that their choice was an unfortunatelly one. They could have Kumo or live search, something unique...

Not really. If MicroSoft decides to, they have the legal firepower to drill you a new anus. IMO.

I completely agree. If M$ wants the domain taken from you. I'd be willing to be they have the guns(monster wallet) to shoot you down.

Build a site around Bing carb issues... with user interaction.

Monetize through the usual systems (Adsense, Azoogle, etc..) but also through the eBay Partner Network for Bing carbs on eBay.

$xxx if you develop around that idea.
