seems like it could be an effecitve get out of debt site

sign up for a few affiliates and get it listed in search engines, and build some traffic

with revenue (Even minor) I would say the value jumps 10 fold

This name has some potential. I'd say high $xx undeveloped. But it could be worth a lot more fully developed since it's very easy to remember.
