It could be used for an interesting site, but the domain itself is not that valuable. By definition a unicorn is valued at over $1 billion, so you don't need to state it in the name.

Hey it was a fun domain name i booked. Yes true some interesting site can be made similar to milliondollarhomapage.com. It made million dollar atleast. Can be made to some site listing all the unicorns in one place..or show a banner ad of companies who are only UNICORNS..
