Used to have 100+ names with BigRock. They used to be a kick ass registrar. That was many years ago. Ever since they started these bait and switch tactics, spamming international clients with these Indian-only promos on a regular basis, I've been moving my portfolio away. Almost finished with them.

Limiting promos to a selected customer base has become the norm in this industry. That's okay. Registrars have a business to run, too. Bait and switch and spamming, on the other hand, puts BigRock firmly on my black list. Read: take advantage of any promos, if you can, but make sure to transfer your domain(s) away to a more civilized registrar afterwards.
