i might be knocking on a C&D with this one since TLC (TV Channel) is about to launch a series by the name of Big Medicine. All major extensions are taken.

Give me your feedback on this one and please and put a $$$ value to it.

Refers to Cease & Desist letters, usually sent by an organization or individual that is attempting to stop someone else from using and capitalizing a domain name.

I've never heard of a program called "Big Medicine", what country is it about to launch in?

Only .com, .net, .org, .us & .ca is taken

I don't really see much value in the name unless the show becomes popular, otherwise reg fee

There's always the question whether a series like that is going to succeed, then again with the ongoing obesity in the USA i'm thinking this series should have a legitimate shot?
