You are now allowed to modify your Adsense code outside of Adsense, as long as the modifications do not "artificially inflate ad performance or harm advertisers" or otherwise violate their T&C / Program Policies.
So what are you allowed to do now?
- You can make changes for responsive site design (Woohoo!!!)
- You can dynamically set custom channels for better tracking and analysis (Woohoo!!!)
- You can do split testing!
- You can minify the code to make the page load faster!
