Im thinking of getting a domain name off sedo.com, Im thinking of putting in a bid for 60USD.

Are they likely to accept an offer like this, or will every bit of the sale go to sedo.com, so they wont bother?

Im confused about sedo!

It´s a bit hard to tell if 60$ is a fair price or not when the domain is unknown but you can always offer 60$ and then see if the seller is accepting or not.

You'll know pretty quick. If the owner accepts or counter offers a little above that, you'll know soon. If the counter offer is much higher, and they won't budge, it's either worth more or they think it is, and you won't likely change their mind.

In the end, it's worth the maximum you would pay for it.

I recently offered $60 for one and the guy countered with 1,000 so ya never know :lol: If you park your domains there I think it is a standard commission of 10% from sedo for us residents so you could sell a domain for 60 and still make a few bucks, depends on how good he thinks his name is.
