Appraisals are worthless when compared to a buyer with a specifiic connection...so if I tell you I think its worth a couple hundred and you contact a company that uses those letters as company acronym you may get thousands...of course the .net is not as good as .com so that's a factor, but still .net is strong. I would market the heck out of it and insist interested buyers make offers. Thanks, Quentin
