I see that you appraise the domain using estibot , remember that is not accurate and domain appraised in estibot $60 can worth $1000 in the market , estibot check the keyword data only ,to estimate the value of the domain you have to take in consideration many factors . the first question , is who will be interested in this domain ?i think if you develop this domain like adult site ,getting some traffic you should sell it at $1000-$3000 .

Selling the domain as is don't worth more than $xxx if you are lucky .
