Icepets : Feel the Chill! <--- Claim your beta code today![/b]
The is almost over, we here at IcePets.com open our doors to 307 (initial) lucky new beta testers! We are preparing something very special for all of you and it all goes begins in the next few days! Can you feel the excitement that we feel? I sure hope so.
IcePets.com is a virtual pet site dedicated to it's community, colour, and most of all to having fun! IcePets was originally started back in February of this year and is expected for official release sometime in January, 2010.
We here at IcePets.com feel that it's getting closer and closer to a time when we can open our doors to the world without restriction of a Beta. To reach this goal, however, we need your help! We will be entering our second, and final, Beta stage in just a few days which will help us grow the community already established and help us get feedback from a more diverse user base.
At IcePets you can adopt a virtual pet (currently five released out of many more in the future) and explore a vibrant virtual world! Restock at the NPC shops or find some deals other users may have in theirs. Play games (flash & php) to earn IcePoints (currency) and trophies while competing against the rest of the user base. Interactive message boards allow for community growth and discussion of all things IcePets. If you are a fan of collecting then we've got you covered, too! Collect stamps, Ice Cubes, and other various items and boast to other users. Collect hidden avatars located around the site (feature to be released during this beta) and participate in various challenging quests!
For all you fans of reading out there we have you covered with an amazing feature that has to do with books. I can't tell you exactly what it is, but I can tell you that if you enjoy reading, you'll love this!
IcePets is constantly in development and what you see in this beta will only be a small sample of what's to come in the future! We have an experienced team of Administrators, Programmers, Artists, Writers, and Moderators that are willing to help you out when they can and who are dedicated to the site.
