It's a relevant question, because some countries do not allow online betting, or reserve the privilege to a state monopoly.
This is an illustration of why investing in ccTLDs requires some knowledge of the local market.
Otherwise the domain is potentially interesting but there are few potential end users.

Answer: I don't know for sure.
Research the local market first.

'Bet' has sold in a couple ccTLDs, but .pe is still not a very mature extension. You shouldn't expect five-figures offers at this point, they are unheard off in this TLD at present.
