@Amitkumarmathana I think low to mid XXXX wine is such a huge market. You could probably develop it to a 5-figure site if you add geo-targeting so it recognizes the visitor's location and recommends nearby shops.

Who is the end user? I can't see a use for this other than someone reviewing wine shops, and bloggers aren't the type to spend more than $20 on a domain name

It can be a rating agency or quality rating agency for wine shops or e commerce that which wine shop is the best and had good price . The owner can sell his brand more quickly and earn profit on all sale . That's why it is very useful and valuable

I have to agree with @Casey L. Very limited number of end users make me feel the reseller value is closer to $0 than $100. Only useful for someone who wants to build a directory site of wine shops. A wine webshop would never use this name because of the plural form IMO.
