Personally, I avoid buying names like this. With the existence of so many sites like Expedia, Booking, Hotels.com, etc, I'm not sure that these types of domains get a lot of action any more.
That being said, there's a lot of competition in this market, and there are existing niche sites like RomeHotels.com and TopRomeHotels.com. If you keep the price low and approach them for a quick sale, maybe you'll get lucky.
I would price it in the mid hundreds and try a little targeted outbound marketing.
Regarding BerlinRestaurants.com - Remember that asking price does not equal value. Domain owners can ask whatever they want; it doesn't mean a buyer will pay that price.
