What are your thoughts on this domain?

I reg'd it a little while back and wanted to develop it but so strapped for time.
Eventually I will develop it into a best rated games site but just wondering - by itself what's it worth if anything?

I like, I see value in it. Although, I can't do extended search because I am on my phone, it can easily be developed. Nice.

The keyword phrase gets around 12,100 monthly searches.

Thinking about dropping some money on it actually to get it developed - hire writers to blog about the most popular games - apps, xbox, ps4 ect...

Very saturated market but with some youtube marketing, social media and seo I'm sure it would do really well...Could even reach out to big gamers and pay them for shoutouts ect.

Think $500 as an attractive flip. Good name but will be hard to rank in extremely competitive field. Going to take serious development and I good budget to get moving as business imo.

It's in the back burner to develop but I think if the right offer came my way I would sell it.
