Words are good, BestPowered sounds like a development site for a product. It could sell to someone for low to mid $xxx. Seeing with no traffic though, it would be hesitant to buy this domain. I would recommend to market this site so you that would be able to sell it as a premium or developed site which of course could earn you more $$$ if you plan on selling it.

Best Power used to be the brand name for a supplier of decent uninterruptible power supplies (FERRUPS, Fortress, and others). They got bought out by Powerware/Exide or some such combination. I think bestpower dot com still redirects to their site.

I don't know the status of any trademarks and they don't manufacture under that brand any more, but you might want to do some research before deciding on development since your domain name is very close.
