I really like this name and think that this is something that people will ACTUALLY search for...especially now with all of the foreclosures going on...

Most likely search for--> best foreclosures, top foreclosures, foreclosures etc...but try hooking up to the foreclosure.com affiliate program, and see what kind of stats you get, you never know, get it indexed in the search engine you might do well.
